The Construction Programs Bureau is proposing amendments to 20.7.5 NMAC. Proposed changes include lowering  the interest rates available through the Clean Water State Revolving Loan program and the use of Per Capita Income instead of Median Household income when evaluating loan applicants.  Proposed changes are available here. On November 15, 2016 the Water Quality Control Commission will consider the proposed amendments.  Comments regarding the proposed changes may be made by email at or by mail  Construction Programs Bureau S2072, 1190 St Francis Drive, Santa Fe, NM  87502.
