The Construction Programs Bureau (CPB) is proposing amendments to 20.7.5 NMAC--Wastewater Facility Construction Loans.

The New Mexico Water Quality Control Commission (“Commission” or “WQCC”) will hold a public hearing on April 11, 2017 at 9:00 am and continuing thereafter as necessary, in the State Capitol Building, Room 307, 409 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501. The hearing location may change prior to April 11, 2017, and those interested in attending should check the WQCC website: https://www.env.nm.gov/wqcc/index.html prior to the hearing.

The proposed amendments to 20.7.5 NMAC would change language in 20.7.5.14.G. and 20.7.5.14.H, to reduce interest rates for Wastewater Construction loans and to specify the use of “per capita income” instead of “median household income.”

Proposed changes are here in English and aqui en Espanol.   Comments regarding the proposed changes must be made in writing:

  • by email to NMENV-cpbinfo@state.nm.us or by mail to: Construction Programs Bureau S2072, 1190 St Francis Drive, Santa Fe, NM  87502.
