Please allow 48 hours for your data record to become active and begin the process for exam or renewal applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please begin to complete your Login now.<\/strong> This process will only take 2-3 minutes. Instructions are also available on the UOCP website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Navigate to the CERTEMY login page using any web browser.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click: <a href=\"https:\/\/uocp.certemy.com\/entry\/login\"><strong>https:\/\/uocp.certemy.com\/entry\/login<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> <strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note: We recommend you bookmark this page to your favorites for quick access for the next time you need to login.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>To<\/strong> <strong>Create your Password.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your email on your operator file with the Utility Operator Certification Program (UOCP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201cForgot Password\u201d. An email with a temporary password will be sent to you (be sure to check your inbox and spam or junk folders) with instructions guiding you to create a password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After changing your password, navigate back to the login page and proceed to sign in.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>To<\/strong> <strong>Complete your Licensing Requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are logged in, completing the required steps for each certification is as easy as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First select the certification on the left side of your screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then click on any of the steps on the right side of your screen to view or complete the corresponding requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notice the small circles below the certification name. They represent the steps for each requirement for those certifications and are color-coded. Green alert means <strong>\u2018Complete\u2019<\/strong> and white alert means \u2018<strong>Incomplete<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u2019ll see the status (complete, partially completed, or incomplete) for each step with a DUE date. The system will automatically send you email notifications to alert you as you approach the DUE date for an incomplete step. You can then login each time you want to work on your certification(s).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to the new system any time to continue updating and\/or maintaining your<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>certifications and exam. You will also be able to upload training certificates\/training transcripts and update your contact information on your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each time you Login, you will see how many required steps you must complete and when those requirements are due.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The due dates assigned to each step will help you complete your renewal on time. You must complete all requirements by your certification expiration date to ensure timely renewal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R<\/strong><strong>eminder Note<\/strong><strong>: What will the new system let you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Certemy Database will allow Utility Professionals to Create and manage their professional\/personal profiles, submit, or update your contact information. Utility Professionals will be able to request, complete and submit certification exam applications as well as complete and manage renewal certifications. Utility Professionals can complete their certification renewal online, via computer or phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Utility Professionals will also be able to upload and manage their own training credit documents. With Certemy, you can pay your exam or renewal fee online &#8211; and upload proof of payment confirmation receipt.
