Person-in-Charge

Each permitted food facility is required to have a Person in Charge (PIC) during all hours of operation. Click here for more information and resources.

 

Employee Health 

Employees of permitted food facilities have a responsibility to report illnesses to owners/managers of their place of employment.  Likewise, Owners and/or Managers of permitted food facilities have a responsibility to exclude or restrict ill employees under certain circumstances.  Click here for more information and resources.

 

Vomit and Diarrhea Event Cleanup Guides
