St. Francis Drive,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span class=\"text-center\"><strong> S-2100<br>Santa Fe, New Mexico <\/strong><\/span><strong>87505<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Hearing Officer<\/strong> serves the NMED Cabinet Secretary by conducting permitting, adjudicatory and other hearings for the Secretary in a variety of programs, including air quality, solid waste, hazardous waste, liquid waste, ground water and construction programs.\u00a0 The Hearing Officer also occasionally serves the Secretary in his role as Chair of the Water Quality Control Commission (<a href=\"\/water-quality-control-commission\/wqcc\/\">WQCC<\/a>) by conducting hearings for the Commission.<br><br>The Hearing Officer shall conduct fair and impartial proceedings to assure that facts are fully elicited and to avoid delay.
