The objective of the New Mexico Clandestine Drug Lab Cleanup Program is to provide for the notice of contamination to potential occupants of a residually contaminated property (or portion of a property) and to provide standards for the assessment and remediation of such properties.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
