Permit Modification and Corrective Action Complete<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 1, 2026 – NMED issued an approval for Corrective Action Complete without controls for nine Solid Waste Management Units (SWMUs) and seven Areas of Concern (AOCs). as public noticed on February 19, 2026. The public notice ended on April 22, 2026. Three comments were received, two from the Permittee. The approval letter and Response to Comments are provided below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
