Permit Modification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 7, 2026 – NMED approved the change of status for SWMUs 86 and 87 from “Corrective action required” to “Corrective Action Complete with Controls”. Consequently, Permit Attachment 8 Table 8-1 was modified, and a new Table 8-2-2 was created. The updated tables to the Permit are provided below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 18, 2026 \u2013 On February 24, 2026, WSMR requested to update the unit of measure used in the Part A application portion of the Permit. NMED concurs with WSMR that this update is classified as a Class 1 Permit Modification Without Prior Approval.
