The system enables cradle-to-grave waste tracking of many types of information regarding the regulated universe of RCRA hazardous waste handlers. RCRAInfo characterizes facility status, regulated activities, and compliance histories in addition to capturing detailed data on the generation of hazardous waste from large quantity generators and on waste management practices from treatment, storage, and disposal facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step-by-step instructions for using myRCRAid are available in the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2016\/11\/MyRCRAid-User-Guide-.pdf\">MyRCRAid User Guide<\/a> and <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2016\/11\/MyRCRAid_Quick_Guide-2-2018-1.pdf\">MyRCRAid Quick Guide<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also use the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2016\/11\/RCRA-Subtitle-C-Activities-Site-Identification-Form-8700-12.pdf\">paper 8700-12 form<\/a>. For information on how to complete your Biennial Report, please follow this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.env.nm.gov\/hazardous-waste\/generator-information\/\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using e-Manifest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e-Manifest facilitates the electronic transmission of the uniform manifest form, which accompanies shipments of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/hw\">hazardous waste.<\/a>&nbsp;More information on how to use e-Manifest is available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/e-manifest\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paying Hazardous Waste Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Annual Fee Deadline<\/strong><br>Hazardous waste generators are required to pay annual fees to the State. Annual fees are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payable beginning:<\/strong>&nbsp;July 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Due:<\/strong>&nbsp;August 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Based on:<\/strong>&nbsp;Hazardous waste generated during the previous calendar year per <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srca.nm.gov\/parts\/title20\/20.004.0003.html\">20.4.3 NMAC<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We have fully transitioned to an online reporting system, see the link below<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business &amp; Episodic Event Fees<\/strong><br>Fees for an episodic event, hazardous secondary material recycling registration change, salvage yard audit, or other applicable business fees under&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.srca.nm.gov\/parts\/title20\/20.004.0003.html\">20.4.3 NMAC<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;must be paid before the end of the calendar year in which the event occurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Pay Online<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.env.nm.gov\/hazardous-waste\/hwb-ce-program-form\/\"><strong>HWB C&amp;E PROGRAM FORM<\/strong><\/a> to report and generate an invoice for your annual or business fees and pay online. <br>Follow the instructions in the form to calculate your applicable fees.
