These partnerships are designed to encourage, assist, and recognize efforts to eliminate serious hazards and achieve a high degree of employee safety and health. Members of the partnership share resources to focus on common safety issues.<br><br><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/OSPCDirective15-07_2015March5.pdf\">The Strategic Partnership Agreement Directive 15-07,<\/a>\u00a0effective March 5, 2015 establishes the protocol for administering OHSB\u2019s Strategic Partnership Program for the construction industry.Members of a partnership who commit to making safety and health improvements may be deferred from compliance programmed inspections.<br><br>Please contact Jay Stimmel at\u00a0505-476-8716 or via email at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jay.stimmel@state.nm.us\">jay.stimmel@state.nm.us<\/a>\u00a0for additional information.\u00a0The following partnerships have been established by New Mexico OSHA:<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/2015ABCCLASAgreement-Final.pdf\">ABC <\/a>\u2013 Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Construction Leaders Agreement for Safety (CLAS) has 17 <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/Copy-of-ABC2017ContactInformation.pdf\">participating members<\/a> at three levels of participation working together to improve safety in the construction industry.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/HHCSPAgreement-signed.pdf\">ACNM \u2013<\/a> The Associated Contractors of New Mexico has recently created a Heavy Highway Construction Safety Partnership (H.H.C.S.P). Currently, they have eight <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/ACNM2017ContactInformation.pdf\">participating members<\/a> of this partnership.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/CHASE2016AgreementallSignatures.pdf\">AGC  <\/a>\u2013 Associated General Contractors of America Construction Health and Safety Excellence (CHASE) has 24 <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/AGC2018ContactInformation.pdf\">participating members<\/a> at three levels of participation committed to improving safety in the construction industry.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/2015ASASHIPAgreement-Final.pdf\">ASA <\/a>\u2013 American Subcontractors Association of New Mexico has created a Safety and Health Initiative Partners (SHIP) Agreement dedicated to improving safety in the commercial construction industry. Currently, there are five <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/ASA-SHIP-2019-Member-listing.pdf\">participating members<\/a> of this partnership.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/2015NMUCAZIAAgreement-Final.pdf\">NMUCA<\/a> \u2013 New Mexico Utility Contractors Association Zia Partnership is dedicated to improving the safety and health conditions and requirements for their New Mexico construction workplaces.  Currently, there are seven <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/OSPCDirective15-07_2015March5-1.pdf\">participating members<\/a> of this partnership.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2019\/01\/2015MCASOARSAgreement-Final.pdf\">MCA<\/a> \u2013 The Mechanical Contractors Association of New Mexico Workers\u2019 Compensation Group Fund established the Safety, Ownership, Awareness, Respect, and Success (SOARS) to foster, maintain, and improve the safety and health conditions for commercial construction workers and workplaces.
