The goal was simple: help people understand their personal exposure and give health providers better information to support patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.env.nm.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/2025-08-12-NMED-NM-PBT-Project-Report-Final-2.pdf\">final report shows<\/a> that PFAS exposure is widespread in the tested community; almost everyone who participated had PFAS detected in their blood.
