The regulation, 20.3.3.310 NMAC requires newspaper public notifications. The date published in the newspaper establishes the regulatory public notice comment time frame. Whether your comments fall within the regulatory time frame to establish you as an \u201cinterested party\u201d or not, we will consider all public comments received within a reasonable time frame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
