Notices are published in both English and Spanish, as necessary. Notices are also posted at various location in the community. Additionally, notices are mailed to potentially interested persons in accordance with the Solid Waste Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persons may speak at the public hearing or submit general written comments without filing any documents beforehand. Non-technical comments will be taken at the beginning of hearings and as necessary at other times throughout the hearing as determined by the hearing officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, any person wishing to be an interested party or present technical testimony at the hearing must file an \u201cEntry of Appearance\u201d or \u201cStatement of Intent to Present Technical Testimony\u201d with the hearing clerk&nbsp;<strong>on or before 5 p.m., 14 days prior to the date of the hearing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical testimony means scientific, engineering, economic or other specialized testimony, whether oral or written, but does not include legal argument, general comments or statements of policy concerning matters at issue in the hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Permit Applications and submissions including plans and Resource Recovery Bureau reviews and records are available for inspection at the Resource Recovery Bureau\u2019s Santa Fe office by filing an\u00a0<a href=\"\/public-record-request\/\">Inspection of Public Records Request<\/a>.
