Applications received after the published deadline or determined to be incomplete may not advance to administrative review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applications open: August 20, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application deadline: October 20, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applicant Information Webinar:&nbsp;<\/strong>September 2, 2026 (check back for a Zoom registration link) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applicant Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the Applicant\u2019s responsibility to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carefully review the <a href=\"https:\/\/service.web.env.nm.gov\/urls\/dVgFvzdQ\">SWS Grants 2026 Request for Applications (RFA)<\/a>, including all the application package materials before preparing an application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine if the Applicant and proposed project meet all Eligibility Criteria described in Section 2 of the RFA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine which Project Category is best suited for the proposed project. Applications are specific to each Project Category. Project Categories are described in detail in Section 1.4 of the RFA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a free Submittable account and submit all application materials through the appropriate Submittable application form for the correct Project Category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit Applications in advance of the deadline to allow sufficient time to resolve any technical issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class='nmenv_accordion'><div class='nmenv_accordion_item level_0'><div class='nmenv_accordion_item_title'><i class='fas fa-chevron-right' aria-hidden='true'><\/i><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Package Materials<\/h2><\/div><div class='nmenv_accordion_item_body'>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a detailed explanation of the application components and submission instructions, see Section 3 of the RFA.
