All comments and SWQB responses are incorporated into a WQCC-Approved version, which were presented to the Water Quality Control Commission (WQCC) for approval at a Public Hearing in Cuba, New Mexico on Tuesday, September 12th, 2006.  The Hearing was extended and reconvened on October 10th, 2006. The WQCC approved that version of the TMDL at their regular November meeting.
