On December 2, 2021 the Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) Cannabis Control Division (CCD), in partnership with the Environment Department (NMED) Cannabis and Hemp Bureau (CHB), enacted emergency rules for the manufacturing of edible and topical cannabis products in the state.

Cannabis Manufacturers who plan to manufacture edible or topical cannabis products, must complete a self-certification with NMED prior to completing the CCD's application process for class II, III, and IV cannabis manufacturer licenses ( NMAC).

To complete the certification process, click the button below. NMED will verify the certification and provide confirmation via email to the email provided. The NMED confirmation is required to complete the CCD application process.
