Technical Services
The Technical Services Group utilize their professional expertise as engineers and project managers to provide guidance for our clients regarding all aspects of their proposed project.
- Attend meetings with communities and their consulting engineers and construction contractors.
- Review Preliminary Engineering Reports (PER), Environmental Information Documents (EID), Plans and Specifications and designs to insure conformity with local, state and federal requirements and to minimize issues that could arise during the bidding and construction phase of a project.
- Make regular site visits during the construction phase of the project to review construction progress and conformity with funding requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and are free of waste, fraud, and abuse.

Native American Consultations for Proposed Projects in New Mexico
