2019 Food Regulation Update
The new Food Regulations became effective January 1, 2019.
The purpose of the change is to stay up-to-date with the most recent national model code, food science, and to address stakeholder feedback received following the update of the food regulations in March 2016.

|The Food Handler Card and Certified Food Protection Manager requirements were updated and will be effective April 1, 2019.
