Wetlands Roundtable Overview
The New Mexico Wetland Roundtables are hosted by the Surface Water Quality Bureau Wetlands Program. The Roundtables are convened twice yearly as part of Wetlands Program Development Grants awarded by EPA Region 6 to NMED to foster partnerships and strengthen collaboration for the restoration and protection of wetlands and riparian resources in New Mexico.
The Roundtable brings together agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to advance wetland conservation, knowledge, and management across the state. It provides a platform for sharing program updates and priorities, regulatory and policy developments, technical guidance, research findings, and best practices for wetlands while also identifying emerging issues and critical challenges.
Meeting dates, agendas, and materials will be posted below in advance of each session. Please join the SWQB listserv to receive notifications about the New Mexico Wetland Roundtable meetings.
