Employees of permitted food facilities have a responsibility to report illnesses to owners/managers of their place of employment.  Likewise, Owners and/or Managers of permitted food facilities have a responsibility to exclude or restrict ill employees under certain circumstances.

Food Safety Program Jurisdiction

The Food Safety Program does not have jurisdiction in Bernalillo County and Albuquerque, as they have their own food safety programs.
