September 1, 2017 – The New Mexico Environment Department issued a final decision regarding the Class 3 modification. The draft Permit was issued for public comment on June 23, 2017 and the 60-day public comment period ended on August 22, 2017. No comments were received on the draft Permit during the public comment period. The modified Permit is provided below.
