Draft Post-Closure Permit (September 16, 2011)
The New Mexico Environment Department issued a draft Permit for public comment on September 16, 2011.  The public comment period was initially to conclude at 5:00 p.m. MDT on November 15, 2011.  A request was received by the facility to extend the comment period for an additional 30 days.  The comment period ended on December 16, 2011.
