On Nov. 24, 2020, the Environment and Health Departments rolled out a new proactive testing and contact tracing agreement to increase surveillance testing and prevent mandatory 14-day closures triggered by four or more rapid responses in the workplace.
This agreement is available to essential businesses – as described in the applicable public health order – that are subject to the closure requirement. This includes essential businesses (other than those which meet the definition of a healthcare operation, utility or media service) which members of the public regularly visit.
In addition to the executed agreement, essential businesses subject to the closure requirement must submit and follow a facility-specific surveillance testing and contact tracing plan (Plan) to the Departments of Health and Environment. Businesses must agree to test 100 percent of their employees on a regular basis. The agreement is available here. Once both the Agreement and Plan are in place, a rapid response resulting from surveillance testing will not count towards advancement on the Rapid Response COVID-19 closure requirement. Those rapid responses will count toward inclusion on the state’s Watchlist.
El 24 de noviembre de 2020, el Departamento de Medio Ambiente y el Departamento de Salud pusieron en marcha un nuevo acuerdo proactivo de pruebas y rastreo de contactos para aumentar las pruebas de vigilancia y evitar los cierres obligatorios de 14 días provocados por cuatro o más respuestas rápidas en el lugar de trabajo.
Este acuerdo está disponible para las empresas esenciales –cómo se describe en la orden de salud pública aplicable– que están sujetas al requisito de cierre. Esto incluye a las empresas esenciales (distintas de las que se ajustan a la definición de operación de atención de la salud, servicio público o servicio de medios de comunicación) que los miembros del público visitan regularmente.
Además del acuerdo ejecutado, las empresas esenciales sujetas al requisito de cierre deben presentar y seguir un plan de pruebas de vigilancia y seguimiento de contactos (Plan) específico de la instalación a los Departamentos de Salud y de Medio Ambiente. Las empresas deben comprometerse a someter al 100 por ciento de sus empleados de forma regular a las pruebas. El acuerdo está disponible here (aquí). Una vez que tanto el Acuerdo como el Plan estén en marcha, la respuesta rápida resultante de las pruebas de vigilancia no contará para avanzar en el requisito de cierre de COVID-19 de respuesta rápida. Esas respuestas rápidas contarán para la inclusión en la Lista de Vigilancia del estado.
Vào ngày 24 tháng 11 năm 2020, Sở Môi Trường và Y Tế đã triển khai một thỏa thuận xét nghiệm chủ động và truy vết tiếp xúc mới nhằm tăng cường xét nghiệm giám sát và ngăn ngừa việc đóng cửa 14 ngày bắt buộc nếu có bốn phản ứng nhanh trở lên tại nơi làm việc.
Thỏa thuận này có sẵn cho các doanh nghiệp thiết yếu – như được mô tả trong sắc lệnh y tế công cộng hiện hành – phải tuân theo yêu cầu đóng cửa. Điều này bao gồm các doanh nghiệp thiết yếu (trừ những cơ sở đáp ứng định nghĩa về hoạt động chăm sóc sức khỏe, tiện ích hoặc dịch vụ truyền thông) mà các thành viên cộng đồng thường xuyên đến.
Ngoài thỏa thuận thực thi, các doanh nghiệp thiết yếu tuân theo yêu cầu đóng cửa phải đệ trình và tuân theo kế hoạch (Kế Hoạch) xét nghiệm giám sát và truy vết tiếp xúc với cơ sở cụ thể cho Sở Y Tế và Môi Trường. Khi cả Thỏa Thuận và Kế Hoạch đều được áp dụng, phản ứng nhanh từ xét nghiệm giám sát sẽ không được tính vào xúc tiến yêu cầu đóng cửa Phản Ứng Nhanh COVID-19. Những phản ứng nhanh đó sẽ được tính để đưa vào Danh Sách Theo Dõi của tiểu bang.
