The 2023 Biennial Report cycle is open!
In accordance with 40 CFR 262.41, 264.75, 265.75 & 270.30(l)(9), the New Mexico Environment Department Hazardous Waste Bureau is requesting data information from all Large Quantity Generators (LQG) and Treatment, Storage or Disposal Facilities (TSDF) for the 2023 EPA Biennial Hazardous Waste Report.
The report is due to the New Mexico Environment Department Hazardous Waste Bureau by March 1, 2024.
***Please note that New Mexico adopted Subpart K and the Hazardous Secondary Material rules December 2018– Form OI is now required by the State of New Mexico***
Beginning January 1, 2018, the New Mexico Environment Department Hazardous Waste Bureau (NMED) opted to use the Biennial Report application being developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. All Large Quantity Generators (LQGs) and Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs) in New Mexico are required to submit their Biennial Report using this system.
Please register at https://rcrainfo.epa.gov/rcrainfoprod/action/secured/login to ensure proper facility roles are assigned to meet the March 1, 2024 deadline for completion of the 2023 Biennial Report cycle.

If your facility is no longer an LQG or TSDF, please update the Notification of Regulated Waste Activity (Form 8700-12) information utilizing the MYRCRAID application.
