The Environmental Health Bureau (EHB) regulates food facilities and food manufacturers, onsite wastewater systems (septic systems), and public pools and spas in New Mexico. EHB protects the health and safety of New Mexico residents and guests by permitting, inspecting, and providing technical assistance to operators and homeowners.
