Environmental Improvement Board
The Environmental Improvement Board usually meets in public the fourth Friday of every month pursuant to its 2020 Open Meetings Act Resolution. Public meetings are scheduled to be held in Santa Fe or as indicated on the meeting agenda. The EIB may not meet during the legislative session or if there are no agenda items to discuss.
Based on the Public Health Emergency declared by the Governor, and guidelines for public gatherings set out by the Department of Health, as well as direction from the Attorney General, the Environmental Improvement Board (“EIB”) will hold its May 22, 2020 regularly scheduled meeting virtually.
