The Clean Transportation Fuel Standard (CTFS) Advisory Committee’s purpose is “to provide input and periodically review (CTFS) program rules” per Section 74-1-18 NMSA 1978. The Advisory Committee is composed of approximately thirty members who are appointed by the cabinet secretary of the Environment Department.
