Draft Permit
February 9, 2026 – The New Mexico Environment Department issued a public notice proposing the draft renewal Permit to accept, manage, treat, store, and transfer off-site generated hazardous waste at their Hazardous Waste Container Storage and Treatment Facility. The 60-day public comment period ended on April 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The letter to the Facility, draft Permit, Fact Sheet and Public Notices are provided below.
