2023 Minor Source Emission Inventory
The Air Quality Bureau is conducting an emissions inventory (EI) of permitted major and minor sources per 20.2.73.300 NMAC, excluding facilities in Bernalillo County and on Tribal Lands for emissions released in 2023. Facilities are required to submit their 2023 emissions reports and certifications to the AQB before 11:59PM, April 1, 2024.
The 2023 EI will be submitted through our Air Emissions Inventory Reporting (AEIR) web-based tool. This tool is only used to report actual emissions data for specific facilities in New Mexico. This inventory will apply to all sources with air quality construction permits (20.2.72 NMAC), including General Construction Permits (GCP). It will also apply to sources with Notices of Intent (NOI).
