GCP-Temporary Control-
MINOR Permit
GCP-TC-MINOR
Use this General Construction Permit to install temporary flares at Notice of Intent (NOI) oil & gas production facilities for a length of time of less than 12 months to control VOC emissions. This permit authorizes construction of a NSR minor source.
Please review the entire GCP-TC to determine whether your facility will qualify for this permit option prior to applying for a GCP-TC registration. These facilities may also elect to apply for a regular permit using the Universal Application Form.
GCP-TC-MINOR Registration Form
Use this registration form to register under the GCP-TC-Minor permit to install temporary flares at Notice of Intent (NOI) oil & gas production facilities. Compliance History Disclosure Form
In order for the Department to deem an air permit application administratively complete, or issue an air permit for those permits without an administrative completeness determination process, the applicant must complete this Compliance History Disclosure Form as specified in Subsection 74-2-7(P). An existing permit holder (permit issued prior to June 18, 2021) shall provide this Compliance History Disclosure Form to the Department upon request.
