Section 319(h)(11) of the Clean Water Act requires states to report to EPA’s Regional Administrator on an annual basis progress in meeting milestones in their Nonpoint Source Management Program plans, reductions in nonpoint source pollutant loading, and improvements in streams that don’t meet water quality standards.
