New Mexico Environment Department Public Hearing – Proposed Changes to Part 123 of the Petroleum Storage Tank Regulations

This rule making was initiated with a petition for rule making filed with the Secretary of the New Mexico Environment Department on August 1, 2018. The petition was granted and a scheduling order issued on August 27, 2018. Notice of the hearing will be published no later than September 12, 2018. Notices of Intent to Present Technical Testimony for those wishing to submit technical testimony must be filed no later than September 21, 2018. The Hearing is scheduled for Friday, October 12, 2018, at 9:00 am.
